I’m Sean Dalmeny, founder of Emerge Advisory. For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with technology and product leaders to build teams that scale. From early-stage startups making their first strategic hires to established organisations restructuring how they deliver.
My experience spans the UK, US, and EMEA, leading technology recruitment divisions and advising founders, investors, and leadership teams on how to grow efficiently. Over the years, I’ve partnered with enterprise clients, public sector bodies, and countless startups across technology, digital, and transformation.
